It's a New Year!

Hello Gringa Flan Fans!

Many folks are more than happy to see 2020 in the rear view mirror.  At Gringa Flan, we certainly can understand that sentiment..but, last year shed light on things we never thought imaginable..

Connection - Even though the country was shut down during the pandemic, we were able to keep folks together through acts of kindness, with Gringa Flan.  It was humbling.

Endurance - As all businesses, and especially small food-based small businesses, it was a very tough year.  But we endured and we made it through.  We learned what works and what doesn't work.  These are lessons that we plan on building on in 2021.

Kindness - As most South Floridians, I am a hurricane Andrew survivor.  I lost everything.  It was an experience that changed how I view materials thing - and it changed me.  During Andrew, neighbors that you never spoke to ever - came out and helped.  People worked together, fed each other, and we had that common bond of rebuilding.  I felt the same kindness in 2020 -- and I continue to feel it.   We are in this together.  We are persevering, and hopefully we will all see light at the end of the Covid tunnel this year.

I wish you all a very healthy and happy new year. Please stay safe, and always protect the ones you love!

Hugs..Jessica.
